About Counselling You may not to be able to pinpoint or name your problems precisely, but you may be aware of feeling unhappy, stuck or blocked in areas of your life. Perhaps you feel locked into repeating negative and destructive behaviour patterns. Together we can explore these and reflect on how you respond to life events and explore the way you relate to yourself and others. I will listen and help you understand how past experiences, played out in the hear and now, shape your life today
About Me I am trained in all the main schools of counselling, therefore I have a multi-faceted and eclectic perspective to draw upon. I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs and address the problems involved.
My aim is to create a safe place for you to think and talk about your difficulties freely. By understanding more about yourself and by developing a greater self awareness, it may be possible for you to find different ways of coping with painful situations and feelings. This, in turn, may help you to make different choices in your life. My approach is both human and professional.
I have a great deal of experience in working with drug and alcohol dependency and eating disorders.
I offer either Open Ended, Long term or Time Limited, Focused therapy.
I am a Professional Member of FPC, UKCP and the BACP and work within their stringent codes of practice and ethics. These organisations adhere to a stringent code of ethics, ensuring that high standards of care, confidentiality and professionalism are kept at all times.
My private practice is conveniently situated , close to both Gloucester Road & Earls Court Tube Stations.
